I’ve worked at Hollies Massage Studio for just under five years and studied massage therapy at the Sohmar School of Holistic Massage. My passion lies in helping others navigate their own wellness journey.
My goal is to provide clients with an experience that stays with them—one that supports their daily lives and overall well-being.
My journey began in 2012 with a Yoga Teacher Training through Inner Power Yoga, where I learned to connect movement with breath and thought. From there, I became a Health & Wellness Coach, guiding others in how to nourish, heal, and thrive.
These experiences naturally led me to massage therapy, where I’ve come to believe we often forget how good our bodies are meant to feel.
I draw from a wide range of modalities to help my clients improve mobility, reduce pain, relieve stress, and relax. My training includes Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, assisted stretching, cupping therapy, myofascial release, Himalayan salt stone, orthopedic techniques, TMJ work, and most recently, lymphatic drainage.
